We want you to be satisfied! We will replace damaged orders or
refund an order you are not satisfied with.
You may return new unused items, which still have the UPC label
and the hang tag attached to the garment, to us within 15 days
of delivery for a full refund OR replacement. Items should be
returned in their original product packaging. We charge a 15%
restocking fee for returns unless the item is replaced with
another item in which case there is a 10% exchange fee with free
shipping to consumer. Please include a note explaining the
return with your full address, name, phone and email.

If you wish for the item to be replaced, we will send a new one
as soon as we receive your return.
If you wish for a refund, you should expect to receive your
refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return
shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more
quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to
receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days),
the time it takes them to process your return once we receive it
(3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to
process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
You will be notified via e-mail of your refund or replacement
once we've received and processed the returned item.
