Pour Deux, Maternity for Two is the expression of Tara's vision of style for women who are inspired, as she was, by the inner beauty and joy they feel while carrying a baby. Using the finest quality raw materials, she has set out to create a line of products, for both mother and baby, which reflect the beauty within every expectant mother.

Tara worked as a senior designer in New York's fashion industry for fifteen years before founding Pour Deux, Maternity for Two in 2008. She spent years designing countless collections while traveling the world for both her profession and pleasure, finding inspiration in the many places she has been. Though traveling has always been a source of inspiration, it was the pregnancy and birth of her son, Jude, which inspired her to conceive Pour Deux, Maternity for Two. With the introduction of the original Maternity Candle, Tara has created a product that speaks to the most important thing to pregnant women: the month she is due.
